Shrines and Wormholes

I loved your words Isildur. "Shrines are not weapons of war, or
mass destruction. Left alone they do absolutely nothing, negavtive
or positive to anyone but those with devotion."

Well as a matter of fact, I agree with you. And no one would
dispute that fact. However let me say that wormholes are not
weapons of war, or mass destruction. And left alone Wormholes
do absolutly nothing, negative or positive to anyone but those
with subterfuge.

Let me also say that if anyone is hurt by a wormhole (which
really can't hurt anyone, except for vortexing them) then it
is because a serpent or snake chose to do so. And if one feels
they are undeserving of an attack by a snake or serpent just
tell their guildmaster and I'm certain that they would take care
of the infraction.

However I ask you why then are no wormholes allowed in Shallam?
Why were both guilds threatened with the enemying of every s
serpent class person when wormholes were discovered in Shallam?
