Shrines are a right? Well, then by that logic, I will say that my wormholes are a right. They are part of my life, and, last time I checked, living was not illegal.

Ok, enough with the witty intro lines, here's the real reason of this post.

As the Minister of Security of Hashan, I officially post that the Wormholes that are contained/have a terminus within Hashan are property of the City, and shall be protected thusly. These wormholes are used for City as well as personal defense, as well as for convenient transportation of the citizens of Hashan.
To sum it up, anyone caught Collapsing a wormhole that fits the aforementioned description will, by order of the Seneshcal and myself, be punished to the full extent of the law.
