I would not have needed to make this post, but Glade's post #4817 has prompted me to make some clarifications.

First of all, Hunter has not been a member of the Shadowsnakes guild for many Achaean years. He may have learnt his skills from the Shadowsnakes guild, but being a member of the guild no more, any action or word of his will not be considered as representative of the Shadowsnakes guild in any way.

Second, don't speak or think for me whom I despise, whom I loathe. Unless I state it in public or to the person concerned, nobody can possibly know my true feelings. I've searched my soul and found that I've only ever felt despise for one person. Don't ask me who.

Third, the ruling council of the city of Ashtan will have the final say in the matters of city coffers, in this case, the generous donation from Borknagar. Right now, no decision has been made.

Fourth, Borknagar is a person of free will, and I respect him for every choice he makes, every dream he tries to fulfil. He has worked very well with me in the past. We also often find ourselves in clashes with each other over different causes, but that has never diminished my respect for him as a person in pursuit of his own dreams. He has known very well what consequences he would have to face, and is taking it all in good nature. Perhaps it will become the biggest nightmare he has ever made, but that is his choice.

I must say, at least we have a new topic for this newsboard for now.
