The Church

I find it quite hard to believe that the church can declare itself infallible as Isildur so nicely put it "The church is never wrong"

Where shall we start, the killing off innocents would be a good place. "Accidently" conocating people into shallam where you enemy them and kill them. Most of them have never raised a hand against you, not even in defense of themselves. But, I guess its alright seeing as how the church is never wrong.

Also, I'd truly like to hear a cut and dried definition of the churches goodness. If we want to look at it from a color of the soul point of view (black and white) then the church is far from good and righteouss. Seeing as how I looked into a church members aura and much to my surprise it was black, mine was only brown. And if the church is so good and righteous why do its swords and maces strike those down of exemplary stature?

Church members parade into ashtan, where someone has declared they will not fight, where they proceed to jump them all day everyday for no reason rather than raising the level of his soul. The person being hunted had been helping a paladin who was assaulted by entities, who was then assaulted by a priests, which eventually led to the death of the paladin. Yes, a Priest allowed a Paladin to die because he just wanted a fight, which he ended up losing.

In all of this I have yet to see where exactly Isildur can base his claim "The church is never wrong" and how they seek to change themselves since to make that statement true, and maybe the populace may start to respect the Church.
