Good is good

A man whom I consider wise, if not wiley, once said something very interesting to me about the general feelings on good and evil in Achaea: Evil people think they are evil, because they kill people, and good people think they are good because they kill evil people.
Besides all of the rhetoric on good and evil, and killing, of whoever seems to be your enemy, how many of you really work on being either good or evil? Building or defending shrines is no more good or evil than putting venom on a sword. Killing people is great sport, but it is far from good or evil, (by this I mean, if it was evil, the church wouldnt do it, if it was good, the Infernals wouldnt do it).
My question is this, is it the labels on the jars that is the difference? Or do the contents actually differ?
Are you less evil than I? Are you sure?
