In the posts I have made on this subject, the Hashan citizen who was
killed by the "guest" was not me. The Hashan citizens who were killed
by a citizen of Hashan in the past, were not me.

At one time, when I was branded an enemy of Hashan for killing Hashan
citizens, I did complain that those same citizens had killed me
unprovoked before I killed them, and they were never the recipients of
any of Hashan's justice. Never did I complain that I did not deserve
enemy status.

I was, at this time, a member of a guild of Hashan and provided the
rights and protections of Hashan as such, thus legally requiring the
same justice as the Hashan citizens.
