Inguilding Practices

Dark Salutaions, again Achaeans,
In My previous missive, I was quite vague about the inguilding practices that Aegis and His allies have issue with. I shall inform you all of what Aegis wants changed for He feels that this practice puts the Guilds that I patron, above the Gods. Why I would do something as foolish as this (for I am a God) is beyond even Me, and I can say with confidence that I know Myself better than anyone knows Me. Aegis wants the inguilding Oaths of the Kharon and the Serpentlords to be changed to something that would suit Him more. I have said a firm "No" to His request as the leadership of these guilds have decided to implement this policy. If they wish to change it, that is their right and I shall safeguard their free will to run their respective guilds without the interference of any of My Siblings. The Oath follows:
Repeat after me.
I, state your name, vow upon all that I have and all that I am, my life, my soul, my ability for ever having hope again, that I will serve and obey the rules and leadership of the Guild to the utmost of my ability, knowing that failure will bring the enmity of the Guild and the Divine Retribution of our Guild Patron upon me until such time as I either quit the guild and class or follow the rules of the guild.
Know all that I make this vow with a sound mind, and a strong body. I make this vow under my own power and have not been coerced in any way.
May the Darkness grant you freedom from the Light,
Twilight, Lord of Shadows
