Your Impertinence

It is amazing that an elderly mortal as yourself, who in fact is the Archprelate of the Church, does not have the basic etiquette of dealing with gods. First, my post was directed to Aurora, not to you or even the Church. Although you may have no confidence that in the Church's patron, it does not give you the right to interject your opinions without permission into a discourse among Gods. Second, your proclivity to lecture me is not well taken. Whether or not Paladins are in my "fold" is of no matter to you.
You have my disfavour for your impertinence. Never again take me for an idiot with your thinly veiled attempts to reinterpret my own observations. Do you take me for a fool when you said, "If indeed as you observed some members or associates of the church revel in their dutiful task of defending the church"? I made it quite clear that I observed church members killing for the pure enjoyment of spilling blood, NOT fur their dutiful task of "defending the Church"
Let this be a lesson to mortals to treat Gods with respect even if you do not agree with them. Of course, I will not even attempt to discern your reasons for provoking Twilight or announcing the meaning of Lord Sartan's patronage of the Infernals, but let the chips fall where they will.
In any event, your statement that "The Church embraces many people and many beliefs as you well know" is of interest. (First, do not presume what I "well know" -- another reason for my disfavour.) As the Archprelate, I assume you are heretofore announcing that the Church embraces the beliefs, not only of Light and Righteousness but also of Chaos, Warmongering, Darkness, Evil, etc. Again, this is not the Church that I knew when I slept. But since now we know that the Church will not "reject people out of hand because of their beliefs", it merely proves my point that the Church has evolved and I can look forward to working the Church in a more intimate manner.
Simply put, my pact with Cooper was that he kill in the name of Chaos for the sake of killing to earn my favour which he readily did. Whatever sugar coat you wish to put on this is up to you but it simply proves my point that the Church and its members have evolved away from a strict moral code and towards a more self-serving standard of conduct. Perhaps other Achaeans might also point out "evidence" to the senile Archprelate of what the Church has become since his tunnel vision seems to preclude seeing the reality of his Church for what it is.
