In case anyone cares for a summary of the awakening of Eris, here it is.

The occultists spent many days guarding the items needed to awaken Her as well as creating the serum needed for the quest. Many were posted guard in key areas and some, such as Chromos and Saruman who were familiar with the quest, Went out for the items periodically to make sure they were in the Occultists' hands. Though the Church did bury an item once, Chromos was somehow able to get retrieve it. FInally, the serum was complete and the Spawn was summoned. After many of us gave our lives, Gaia zapped it claiming that She would not allow such an unnatural thing in her realm. This is a little odd since Ashtan isn't a forest and is run by Lupus and she doesn't seem to mind other unnatural things like cities, but then again how is a mortal such as myself able to comprehend the mind of a diety. After the Spawn was zapped Gaia graciously took much of what the Spawn looted, including keys to peoples' shops, and dropped it off for the newbies to keep.

Many days later, before anyone was reorganizing for another attempt, Twilight hurled the the mighty Spawn to the Vashnars. As in the last battle, all of Ashtan grouped for the fight and tis time slew the beast, but a graced Kay stole the corpse for Aurora. He received a disfavour from Twilight, but that has since been removed.

The ensuing period was mass carnage. All Ashtan and all Shallam were completely riled up and at war. While deathsight spammed everyone, Saruman proceded to summon the Spawn in secret figuring it best to not make an event out of it like the last two times. Chromos also had the same idea, I believe, as he had already fetched an item needed to summon it. Saruman then made the serum himself and got the remaining items. During this time he received visions of Twilight smiling upon him from above. Chromos, Syra, and others also reported the voice of the nameless one (Eris, as it turns out) speaking with growing impatience. Saruman called everyone in Ashtan and the Occultists to the place of summoning though Napoloen took charge and thought it best to meet at the gates to Ashtan. After everyone was gathered they followed to the place of summoning wher Saruman did the ritual. The Spawn was slain with Caleth giving it the mortal blow. Gwenny then offered the corpse to Eris as was decided before hand by the Occultists
