How can you partially break a treaty. What did the get half way to defilement and stop ... not they defiled. This is breaking the treaty. Some have done it more than once, hence the posts on second warnings.
The only person to convocate more than once is dalamar. ONE person. How many Ashtanites have defiled more than once. How many Shallamese citizens have convocated, in ratio to number of defilers.
Go visit the learned chronicler I think ye are in need of some math lessons.
So....
A) When ye say the defilers were talked to, some obviously were not talked to enough. Hence a second defilement. What did ye do say in a booming voice "Dont defile" then gave them a lolli-pop and whispered well done in their ears.
B) Ashtan has broken the treaty several times more than Shallam, as there have been more defilements than we could possibly convocate.
C) I have been present at several shrinequeries and in the multitude of shrinequeries the city has only been wrong once .. which you can prove otherwise. Which is less times than ye have been proven wrong in ye posts.
D) Oh and dont post a reply saying we have broken the treaty more times than that, we constructed shrines in the wrong places. Well let me say this. Isnt it funny that a shrine was placed inside the Iron Citadel, inside Asthtan and was raised from wooden to gold without anyone noticing the presence of it or people bringing it to level? Especially since most people who are able to construct them are enemied by Ashtan. That would be fun dodging arrows, creating a shrine and sacing it super fast without detection..... hmm sounds dodgy, I think so.
