Ok, I knew this day would come sooner or later......the world finally realising how disfunctional this treaty is

There are over five thousand different ideas on how this treaty functions, Ashtan/Hashan, Shallamese, Druids, mine, Halo's, the Kharons, and many many more. Yet we all are united under the "This treaty is crap
" flag

Most of you will probably disregard this because you want war and only war. Which, is not a bad thing but people who are peaceful and loving always get sucked in and die.

I propose some ammendments to the treaty.

1) Convocation is still banned, and I will follow it if this is accepted

2) Vortexing is banned, as it is a similar hostile summoning skill

3) Defiling is prohibited on all _legal_ shrines since the shrine are not being used aggresively

-**Shallamese shrines used in times of raids do not apply**-

4) Doppleganger will not be used to invade cities for the purpose of harm, as they are longranged assaults, a walking shrine basically

5) All people who break these ideals get 2 and only 2 warnings or they will be enemied.... No exemptions for regents, viziers, or archons


This is just a proposal, those who wish to add on or debate things are more than free to post ideas
