Due to recent developments, the little boys and girls roaming the
streets of Ashtan have decided among themselves that their
loyalty lies with the city of Ashtan. However homeless & tieless
they appear to be, as long as they roam our streets, they belong in
Ashtan.

Anyone found to be leading them astray to another city will be
seen as being hostile to the city of Ashtan. Furthermore, killing
them by your own hands will mark your name on our city records.

As for the orphanage inside the city of Ashtan, it was built &
founded by Servelan long, long time ago. Only those orphans
of weak minds & spirits would fall for the candies and follow
strangers to their ultimate fate. Other more streetsmart kids,
like what I used to be, are either in the good hands of the Fate
or are brilliant & strong-willed enough to survive the hostilities
& atrocities of this world we're living in.

I hope this will help explain the questions raised in regards to the
orphans of Ashtan.
