If I heard right then both Element and Vexlore were not Deliveranced, but rather convocated. If this is right then perhaps Vexlore defiled those shrines in frustration to being summoned by Dalamar. Therefore I demand that Vexlore be excused from any penalties seeing how it was a Member of YOUR party who broke the treaty first.

Since so many problems have arisened since the signing of the treaty, it would be wise if we (your people and mine) meet up again in a formal setting to discuss further terms.
