delusions of grandeur

I can only laugh at this whole Occultist empire business. Does anyone
actually believe that Servelan tells the truth? She directly lies, once
again, in her post, when she claims that she has the welfare of the young
in mind. This we know is a lie as Sarapis himself has informed us that her
orphanage directly harms children.
Further, it is obvious that this is simply a sham on her part, as her stated
goal is Chaos. An Empire, which has laws, a hierarchy, etc, is very orderly
and obviously not in her interests. I wonder what the Occultists are actually
up to.
Anyhow, I shall now continue to wander around Ashtan, secure in the knowledge
that I, as someone totally unresponsible for the shrines, will not be attacked.
Oh, it's also worth pointing out that her demands for the removal of the
single shrine actually in Ashtan is very funny, as it was one of the Gods
that put the shrine there in the first place. No mortals have the power
to take it down, so her law about Templars and Priests not entering until
the shrine is down is, as she knows, simply an excuse to kill them forever
(as the condition she set is not possible for them to meet).
Penned by my hand on the 16th of Ero, in the year 184 AF.
