Carnival Tickets: New Opportunities

Revellers,
It has come to my attention that some of my colleagues have been quite stingy with doling out Carnival tickets. This will be remedied in the final months of the Carnival! Let us end the festivities with a bang!
First, the Carnival workers have come to me with an irritating little problem. They have been travelling about Sapience and have heard all manner of strange tales about its sights, sounds, and particularly the villages that have been conquered and claimed over the years. Unfortunately, they have managed to collect rather more questions than answers.
So, for those of you with an unreasonable amount of knowledge about Sapience, I present the tourism pamphlet. The pamphlet will provide a new vexing clue concerning some place, sound, sight, or settlement they have heard about during their travels. Solve them, and return to me with the pamphlet complete, and I shall reward you handsomely.
But that is not all.
The Carnival is entering its final months, and I have been informed that the grounds ought to be... crowded. Apparently, a grand Carnival cannot end with half the tents empty and the rides attended only by bored staff.
Therefore, I am also conceding that Carnival tickets will now be awarded to those who help bring crowds to the Carnival grounds.
Make some noise. Fill the grounds. You may yet find prizes within your grasp as tickets flow more freely.
I shall see you at the task board.
Spectacularly,
Grimbeard
