A requested apology

To Ourania and the Divine of Achaea,
Please accept my apology for my comments I have made regarding the Divine.
I regret that my opinions were expressed with insufficient diplomacy and that they created such a stir. Had I known they would command this much attention, I might have chosen my words even more carefully.
This entire affair has been remarkably educational as well. There are few ways to lend importance to a criticism quite as effectively as demanding a public apology for it, and fewer still ways to demonstrate conviction than by ensuring the discussion continues long after it would otherwise have been forgotten.
I remain grateful for the time, effort, and continued interest that have been invested into correcting my perspective. Few mortals are fortunate enough to receive such extensive guidance over a handful of words, as it is not every day that a mortal's remarks are deemed significant enough to warrant such a sustained Divine response. While I did not anticipate such a response to my remarks, I do recognize that the Divine felt the matter warranted attention, and I would be remiss not to acknowledge that consideration.
Offense was caused and for my part in causing it, I apologize.
