This is not really a post to everyone, but specifically to those who found themselves separated from their home, in one way or the other, over recent political disagreements. And also to those who have gone silent after they saw what happened to people who spoke up.

There IS compassion for you in this world, there is love. There is solidarity.

There are people who have seen things happening, to themselves and others.

As a dear friend of mine put it: "It's a web that tightens without any single hand pulling every strand yet every strand isolates and punishes."

This world is a wonderful creation, and you are an important part, even if you sometimes do not feel you are.

If you feel you have been pushed to the sidelines, please continue to embrace the wonders of these realms, continue to search for joy and companionship. Do not let your pain wipe you out. Do not let your pain turn into anger. Sometimes it seems difficult to not allow pain or anger to become one's leader, but please do try.

Please continue to breathe.
