To whom it may concern,


Be it known that on the thirteenth day of Scarlatan, in the nine hundred and ninety-fourth year following the fall of the Selecaruan Empire, the Speaker of Eleusis, Ilsefi Stormsong, and the King of the Aalen Kingdom of the Tsol'aa, King Tu'eras, did duly execute a Treaty of Defence and Alliance between their respective villages.


This Treaty was witnessed and ratified by four of the five sitting Hierophants of Eleusis, together with Alianna of Eleusis.


The aforesaid Treaty shall remain in full force and effect unless and until such time as both parties, by mutual written agreement, do decide to amend, rescind, or otherwise terminate its provisions.
