On Innocents and Conquests

Aerek,

Did you just say "forcibly coexist".
Did you just imply forced coexistence? You? A Knight?

A "justified war" ? So you can "draw boundaries" ?

Do you hear yourself? You want to fight a war to conquer land
and redraw boundaries. Don't delude yourself into thinking that
all of your collective efforts to "show" that "service" can buy
you land.

Those people have said no.

Is this going to happen again? When a new Countess would-be
comes along who wants another castle village built, will you work
with her to create another dutchy?

Who grants you the power to be arbiter of those lands?

Do you see yourself as a King, Sir Aerek, or a Knight?

...

I am hereby clearly stating that I am against all of this
action. If there is a battle to be fought, I will not be on the
side of the conquerors.

They said no, Aerek. They said no.
