To those whom it may concern,

In recognition of the belief that one can bring murder in defense of any location they are fond of, I proclaim that any regent of Hashan who departs the walls of their city, shall find themselves turned into vegetation in a bid to help with the rewilding of Her realm. I expect this proclamation to make little difference in the lives of those leaders who favor making their commands from the rear, and rarely, already, depart the safety of their guards.

This promise shall stand until the utter nonsense* decreed by the regency of Hashan is recalled. A public apology for the utter idiocy and arrogance of the claim shall also be appreciated, but I shall not consider it required.

* I do understand that there is a lot of nonsense spewed, and so in the interest of being explicit, I mean the threat to Eleusians who visit Tasur'ke. Feel free to continue to ban them from the streets of Hashan, no one should have to inhale the fumes of civilised's filth.
