Sanitation Practices within Targossian Territory

Captain Maros,

This morning while upon a morning constitutional through those lands under the protection of the Light and Fire, I came across a troubling discovery. Upon Their mountain road through the Vashnars, I found a heaping pile of fetid refuse. My initial assumption was that this refuse was of Thalassan origin, but through careful inspection of the scene I determined that rather than being overflow from the sewers of their nearby settlement, it had instead fallen from some great height. Armed with this insight, I surveyed the area for potential points of origin and noticed the island of Erymanthus floating far overhead.

You will no doubt understand my disbelief, Guard Captain, to find Their realm so besmirched. The Faithful of the Bloodsworn Divine take great pride in maintaining a healthful standard of living, for which proper sanitation practices are essential. This sort of careless deposition of waste could be construed as an attack upon our very way of life.

Of course, I understand that the most likely explanation for this incident is simple oversight, and that whoever upon your isle cast this pile over the side believed it would fall into the sea as is proper for the disposal of sewage or detritus. Thus, I bring the matter to your attention so that you may ensure that future waste finds its way to a more appropriate destination.
