Time and time again I have made offers of peace and non-aggression to your senate. I have been met with silence. Your acts of aggression against Their territory have been met in kind with proportionality, and for the most part our ongoing conflict has been contained to the trading and liberation of a handful of our respective territories.

Until now.

The assault against Their city by your Empire's assassins is an escalation that will not be tolerated. Thus far you have faced proportional responses your aggressions. Now you will face true consequences.

Know this, Cyrene - as with the Arcadians, this conflict is brought about by your own choices. There were alternatives to the coming bloodshed, which you have rejected.

To those who are pursued by the Sea's assassins, know this - all those who abide by the visitor laws of Targossas are afforded the protection of Their walls while walking within the Hearth. Any act against you within Their city is a crime committed against Them and Theirs. You are welcomed here.
