It seeks to scrutinise divine action and whim upon our lives, and to question the course that lies ahead for mortals. Too often, to question is to risk ire, and to doubt is treated as sacrilege. And yet, is it not the very essence of mortality to question and to doubt? What is mortal philosophy, if not the pursuit of truth and the understanding of existence and ourselves?

The cost of a copy is 50,000 gold sovereigns, which covers the book template, design fees, author compensation, and a modest tithe to the Cauda Rubra for their publishing assistance.
