After consulting with the Princess Cassandra, who brought the severity of the matter to light after speaking with some of the Skylord's aspirants, let the following be known:

For the preservation of blessed Arcadia from the sicknesss and rot of the lower realms, henceforth known as the Nereian Plague owing to its origin, our gates and portal shall be closed to all those not blessed in His sight.
