Goblinoid History and Defamation

To the individuals responsible for distributing defamatory posters across the continent concerning the goblinoid races, claiming all of them as "villainous, deprave, and perverse", consider this lesson:

The goblinoid races descend from a lineage of honour-bound warriors and ingenious creators. Their history is one of resilience and complexity, shaped by centuries of battle and craftsmanship, dating back to their ancestral stronghold of Khazadmakan, now lying in ruins within present-day Azdun. From among them rose renowned figures such as the Warlord Ugrak and the formidable Glaukar One-Eye. Even in more recent times, those who regard the deeds of Matic Ridley as noble should note that he, too, hailed from the goblinoid peoples.

To portray them as driven solely by "conquest, bloodshed, and anarchy", to declare they state "honour is irrelevant, mercy is mocked", and to reduce their societal structures to "hierarchies built upon strength and cruelty", is not only a gross misrepresentation but an erasure of a complex, and oftentimes tragic, legacy. Such rhetoric is also steeped in hypocrisy when one considers the actions of countless others across the realms.

To claim in your moral superiority that you "strive for knowledge, enlightenment, and spiritual growth", while simultaneously spreading such divisive and ignorant material, undermines the very ideals you profess.

I recommend you do further research and study. You are encouraged to consult the Goblinoid chapter within the Book of Races for a more accurate account.

Sincerely,
Asmodron Dicondron
