Hashani and Cyrene

The city of Cyrene has voted to end our ban on Hashani citizens entering our city. Hashan's continued alliance with the Tsol'teth is dangerous folly, and their pursuit of Progress at the expense of basic safety has already put Sapience at existential risk in at least one well-documented incident. However, banning individuals serves little purpose in opposing Hashan's pursuits.

Hashani who are not enemies of Cyrene are welcome to enter the city now and going forward. Those enemied only for past violations of the visitor ban can seek to have their status resolved by speaking with our Minister of Security. Regents of Hashan will remain enemies until and unless the city ends their alliance with the Tsol'teth.

All visitors to Cyrene are requested to read the journal located just outside our gates and ensure they follow the laws listed therein.

The Senate of Cyrene

Penned by my hand on the 19th of Phaestian, in the year 869 AF.
