A new vision for Shallam

Written by: Tulku of the Eschaton, Jinsun Ze'Dekiah

A notice to all of Sapience:

The damaged harbour at Shallam is hereby to be, by adverse possession under the might of, the property of the Pirates of Meropis. Having been shamefully abandoned by prior owners, all claims, deeds, and possessory interests, leased, owned or otherwise are hereby forfeit by neglect.

It is our intention for this once thriving port to be used to the benefit of any with the capital to do so. We hope to see the area improved solely by our sovereigns and the ventures that should come to the area. We will be welcoming businesses from all walks of life. No creed, nor religion, will exist within the walls of our port. The only laws will be those of Coin and Blade.

Seeking: a construction crew to begin work immediately. You have the men. We have the gold, and lots of it. Oh, and our ships will need tending to while you're there.

Please write to The Pirate King Jinsun or Brice directly with your proposals for construction.

Signed in our blood and oath,

The Pirate Lords of Meropis-
Jinsun [X]
Rackham[X] Kinilan[X] Kuriel[X]
Penned by my hand on the 15th of Lupar, in the year 829 AF.
