Better directions.

A few people have expressed confusion about how to find Longclaw Isle.

The Isle itself, and the region of fog surrounding it, is located between Zaphar and the Tears of Sarapis. The wind always blows out of Nocturnes Reach, propelling ships east at great speed. Simply sail to the southern wall of chops that marks the entrance to the Tears and the pathway to Meropis, and then turn your ship towards Zaphar. In other words, sail in a straight line east as if you were going directly to the Zaphar Isle with the wind at your back. Keep in mind that the zone of fog is not visible until you actually sail into it.

If you start from Zaphar, you'll be sailing against the wind, which is painfully slow. In that case, you'd sail west as if you were going to Tapoa. If you miss the fog, you may be a little too far north or south. Try again.

The isle itself is hidden within the mists. You'll need to sail around a little bit to find it, and it won't be visible until you are right on top of it. It is all open water around it, despite how it may look.
