This month, the Seneschal and I agreed that a mutual cessation of hostilities between the Village of Eleusis and the City of Hashan would be in both states' interest. For clarity, I have withdrawn demands previously stated, which given the current agreement would seem outlandish and unnecessary.

As an effect of this, members of the cities of Hashan and Targossas who have not otherwise committed crimes against the Village may request to be unenemied from any security aide or council member. This will also end the policy of blanket enemying of members of both of these Cities due to their affiliation with the Tsol'teth.

*Amnesty for members of the Coalition who seek to be unenemied to the Village due to service to Nature and the Village will be unaffected by this, and those interested may still apply.
