Hail, Sapience.

Most are aware by now that the Asterian Restoration (CLHELP AR) on Meropis is the venue of the Seleucarian Games, which is currently being led by Commander Keorin.

While we are a neutral organisation, it is our pleasure to support any and all efforts to restore lost knowledge and promote cross-cultural enrichment in the world, particularly if it involves Imperial Seleucar. These Seleucarian Games are a unique example of such, with every event dedicated towards honouring some part of Seleucarian history.

As such, the Restoration will also hold a number of relevant events in conjunction with these Games. Some details are writ below.

== The Path to Seleucar: While the Tsol'teth game of Sojourn concentrates on managing the logistics of a theoretical convoy to arrive safely in 'Seleucar', our iteration focuses on a very real journey to Seleucar - or what remains of it.

Players will retrace Nikolas and Severian's journey through Sapience and Meropis via a sequence of posted markers. Each marker will also contain a quiz question, which will count for Games points and monetary rewards if answered correctly. More will be divulged on this at a later date.

== The Historical Seleucar exhibition: We have restored our image exhibition on locations of historical importance in Meropis. It can be found on the mezzanine floor above the library, along with the appropriate informative annotations.

== The First Experienced: I will say little on this, save that it will occur within the grounds of the Asterian Restoration. However, I would encourage attendance.

I am aware that notice is short, but it is my hope that those who attend will find it enriching. It will be to your benefit to review Seleucarian history before doing so, although it is not a prerequisite.

Note also that all standard rules of conduct within the Restoration apply; if you are to attend, restraint and civility is paramount, regardless of your allegiances.
