Sapience.

As those of you who watch deathsight have no doubt seen, a spirit has been using the bodies of any Shaman who seeks to commune with the Spirit Realm to rampage across the lands. We have dealt with them for the time being, but more will emerge.

This is not a problem we can simply ignore. Even were we to stop the use of Spiritlore, the desire for this spirit to enter the physical realm would drive it to grow stronger, until it can achieve its desire without the need for a Shaman to provide the way.

From speaking to various Shaman masters across the realm, we know that the most important aspect of dealing with it is information. Specifically, what it communicates through the husks. If you see it say something, make note. Whether you send what you hear to myself or to those you actually trust to handle things, see that what you learn is not lost.

While we may not agree on the proper path forward for Creation, none of us wish for a world covered in those abominations.
