The city of Ashtan

Glyc,

Indeed, gone are the days when out of touch old men can cast aspersions against his fellow citizens and not expect to be held accountable. The Bastion of the North is no more as everyone with just the slightest bit of brain function should be able to tell you. From the rubble of lost souls and unfocused masses rises the Seat of Chaos. With the striking of the Ruinous Accords, the city of Ashtan picks up where the Occultist house of old left off, preparing this world for the inevitable dominion of Chaos.

The Overseer, Jy'Barrak Dameron, with the authority of the Chaos Court, has chosen Eldritch General Hirst da'Miras to do their will, and thus he acts upon their authority. If you need further convincing, I'd direct you to the multiple ruins and piles of dead guards inhabiting the so-called Shadow Court in response for their questioning of his authority.

And yes, dear Glyc, and everyone else, this is how we handle one single dissent. There is no room in Ashtan for those who do not fall in line with the will of the Chaos Court. Now crawl back in your hole, lest Imperator Glaaki choses to turn his attentions your way.

Morthif Aristata

Penned by my hand on the 17th of Scarlatan, in the year 761 AF.
