Crafters' Fair updates

Hail,

It is imperative that the person who delivered an entry via parcel for the cooking competition contact myself in regards to your submission. There was no letter within the parcel bearing your signature and we do not know whom to credit it to.

Crafters' Fair participants, please bear the following in mind:

(1) Ensure whatever wares you submit come with a letter bearing your signature, as we will not know whom to attribute them to.

(2) You have until the fair in Miraman to submit your items, but I strongly encourage that you deliver them by Daedalan or Aeguary 691AF as we will require time to set up.

(3) Designers for the fashion show (pairs and individuals alike) must inform myself of their chosen models.

(4) Crafters who wish to display cart wares, it is encouraged that you create at least two copies of your intended items in order to better meet demand, as there will be a large crowd at the fair. More are welcomed, and the unsold items will be returned to yourself.

(5) The carts will remain at the fairgrounds of the Restoration estate in Meropis until they fall to pieces in slightly under a year. After that, the balance of unsold items will be placed in a cart at Delos, which will not be restocked. Should items still not be sold after that last clearance, they will be returned to their respective creators.

(6) Jewellers and cooks, you will require to deliver your items with a price list. The recommended price for jewellers is an added one thousand gold sovereigns atop your crafting cost, commodity cost, and design request cost. Cooks, use similar prices as the food currently found in shops, as edible items are of less value. We will use our own pricing for tailors.

(7) As a reminder, the Asterian Restoration will be taking 10% of total sales in order to assist in funding our work.

(8) Designers who fail to have their submissions ready for the fashion show by Sarapin 691 AF may find themselves replaced (if in a pair) in the interests of fairness.

I may be contacted for any requests and questions. Additionally, those seeking to join or information about the Asterian Restoration are welcome to speak to myself.

Regards,

Jurixe S. Nithilar
representing the Asterian Restoration
