Dear citizens of Targossas,

Though right now I wish to remain cityless until I figure out what needs to be done in my life to improve myself, I will still stand and fall in all raids with the city and thrive to protect it as a citizen. I will be around the city and healing myself and improving myself so I can better serve the city.
