Shrines In Ashtan Territory

It is easy to claim that a shrine falls within Ashtan if you keep
extending what you claim is Ashtan territory. Thera certainly isn't
Infact I doubt you could even find your way their but for the church
built highway. The same highway one which I built one of the shrines
you complain about.
The simple fact is this:
There were no shrines in Ashtan, they were made up as an excuse to
kill little Priests and Templar.
Ashtan has no authority over any other part of Achaea other than what
falls within its walls
