As there has been some minor confusion of late: allow me to clarify.
The City of Ashtan does extend its protection to Maim de Vermiis and her
entourage, as yes, they are considered Theran citizens. Those seeking to
harm their persons should fully expect to receive an enemy status to the
Bastion of the North.

Ignorance shall no longer be considered an excuse for those it was
applicable to previously, consider this Ashtan's public notice upon the
subject.
