Many years ago, a warning was issued to all necromancers, for them to
return to Mhaldor. It seems that this warning went unheeded to many.

I can sense who you are, I know whether you are a necromancer or not,
and as Dread Ecclesiarch, I demand that you return to Mhaldor, or
surrender the gifts that Lord Sartan has given to us.

Those who are found fighting alongside the enemies of Mhaldor, fighting
alongside those who practice Occultism and Devotion will find their
abilities neutralised by myself. Those who do not return to Mhaldor will
find themselves enemied, and unable to return.

The terms for those who ignore this warning and wish to undo their
actions down the road will be very severe. There is no easy way out.

These terms will be in full effect one month after this post. If
clarification is required, you may speak to me personally, I will not
accept any messages delivered by proxy on behalf of any necromancers
