The Alchemical Research Institute (CLHELP ALCHEMY) is now officially
opened, and thus welcomes the Alchemists of Sapience to enroll.

This is a group of alchemists duty-bound to assist the fledglings first
and foremost, and to provide an institute of higher learning and
philosophical discussion for Alchemical studies.
