Greetings again!
The Achaean Heraldry Association would like to update the general
populace about other recent happenings behind the scenes.
There has been quite a large backlog of Invalid Heraldry that is in the
process of being addressed. To explain, there are several rules of
Heraldry that have no wiggle room whatsoever, and Blazons that break
these rules will be de-registered without refund while the heralds that
created them will be subject to Divine punishment.
This is not to discourage people from getting their licences! We simply
want to make the public aware that there are rules, and when the rules
are broken, consequences will be issued. The Association exists to make
sure everyone who takes on the responsibility of creating Blazons is
doing so...well....responsibly. When you pay an Association Herald,
you're not just paying for your Blazon, you're paying for your Blazon to
be done -correctly-.
Besides monitoring Invalid Heraldry, the Association is also responsible
for maintaining the list of possible charges. If you would like to
suggest a charge that is not already in existance, please let me know
via message. The window for charge suggestions will close on 25th Mayan
of this year. Please note that suggesting a charge is not a guarantee
that it will come into reality.
On a final note, please be aware that Heraldic plagiarism will not be
tolerated. If you work with an Herald to create a blazon and then go off
to get your own license to register it yourself, you will be Divinely
punished.
