After much deliberation and speaking as a representative of Ashtan
I deliver you, the people of the church, the following terms to end
this very tiresome war in which you are all dying a lot :-

1) Ashtan concede that church territory is made up of the city of
Shallam and its immediate surroundings (as far as Delos but NO closer
to Ashtan than that).

2) No shrines outside of Church territory as defined in 1) will be
strengthened intentionally or otherwise.

3) No new shrines will be erected outside of Church territory under
ANY circumstances.

4) The church will not object to or try and prevent or hinder in any
way the defiling of existing shrines outside of church territory.

5) No members or allies of the church will use shrines outside of church
territory for offensive purposes even when fighting in personal feuds.

6) As a show of good faith, Ashtan will also allow the church to erect
and maintain a single shrine in the Vashnar mountains.

7) The church accept it is their responsibility to ensure that none of
their members, rogue or otherwise break these rules.

8) These terms are not negociable, as frankly I quite enjoy killing you
all and it pains me to have to offer you a way out.

As soon as these terms are accepted by a public post by a suitable church
official, the bloodshed shall cease. If our trust is violated, then next
time round our terms will be tougher.

If anybody requires clarification of these terms, or they have some
objections to make they can speak to me personally and I will deal with
people on an ... individual basis.
