Some have had dark words to say about the class of persons who are
permitted use of the harbour of Ashtan. The city thus clarifies her
stance:

The City of Ashtan wishes to inform all those who sail the seas on the
account, that our harbour is a safe haven for you, if you show respect
for the laws of the government and avoid accosting or assaulting those
who legitimately fly the Ashtan black and golds.

Belay the rigging and furl the sails, let us have a right parley, but
don't forget to bring the rum, aye?
