A brief response

Oh Herenicus...
Your insatiable desire to see and hear your own words clouded by your
pretense of credibility is an amusement to us all.
Has it been so long that we all forget the West's own willful disregard
of its city's ideals for, no doubt, the convenience of Ashtan, and the
amusement of the general public?
None are immune to hypocrisy not even the most eloquent amongst us.
Remember this the next time you flee a field of battle in a trail of
your own tears to engage in the petty retaliation of lighting forest
fires in far off uninhabited lands.
Remember that as you do so the Church remains, perhaps far from reaching
its potential but standing all the same. A force for ideals that will
never be outdated, a force for a Good that is absolute and unchanging.
Remember also that even one as ignorant, misguided and cowardly as
yourself is not beyond redemption. Turn your eyes to the East and see we
still stand as strong as ever, and should you one day wish to break free
of your chains of oppression and stand in the Light, it too will not be
denied you.
Humbly, in service
