To all,

We are disappointed with the recent treaty between Cyrene
and Ashtan. Any soldier would be disappointed when his
brother-in-arms walks away from the battlefield and calls
it peace.

However, it has been my honor to fight alongside the brave
warriors in the Heart of the Vashnars. In every respect they
have shown their courage, dedication, and virtue. I want to
thank them for their service in defense of our shared
principles. I mean these words without pretense or cynicism.

Should Cyrene wish to once again take up arms against those
sworn to destroy her, Shallam will be there.
