Sapience,

I come before you again to proclaim another great - and long awaited -
victory for the Light.

It's been a century or more since the Blood Congregation, then led by
Dyzanru, slew the Crystalline House tutor Ariela, stealing her star
crystal and forming their own Master Crystal. That wrong has, in part,
been righted this month as a group of Magi - generously assisted by
Eshara - gained access to the Blood Congregation's Master Crystal and
drained it to a single facet.

Justice has prevailed again this month, Sapience, as the Light stands
once more victorious over its enemies in the west. May you remember, as
my father implored before me, the true power of the Light as you ponder
on this victory, and may you all think hard about the choices you make
and the paths you walk under this new dawn.

To our allies - and again to Eshara - you have my thanks, both
personally and on behalf of the city of Shallam: your dedicated service
to the Light will never go unnoticed, and will never be unappreciated.
