This is my first attempt at a poem, hope you like it.

Can you see in the distance
the dark and gray skies begin.

Do you see the horizon
and the faces within.

Can you hear the thunder
and its voices all around

Do you feel yourself tremble
from the shaking of the ground.

It is drawing closer
and this you can not deny

There shall be pain and suffering
and many shall cry.

It is called change
and this you should not fear.

It shall bring growth
for those who chose to see and hear.
