Public News Post #18385

Fen and Xtizara

Written by: Ovid al-Aqsa, Dread Redeemer of the Qashar
Date: Monday, February 22nd, 2010
Addressed to: The City of Hashan

Salutations, Hashan:

I will be brief.

It has come to my attention that two SerpentLords -- Fen and Xtizara --
have set foot upon the soil of Good men with the intent to disrupt the
peace there. Concerning the stance of the Qashar on this, in regards to
post 18366, know that such offenses will not be tolerated.

The next time any Hashani citizen or any member of a Hashani House acts
in such a way the consequences for that action -- no matter how brief or
innocuous -- will be 6 consecutive months of occupation per offense.

Know that in this declaration I speak with the full authority of the
Qashar.

Dread Redeemer of the Qashar,
Ovid al-Aqsa

Penned by my hand on the 12th of Lupar, in the year 531 AF.
