Greetings Sapience,

Recently I gave a lecture upon Knowledge. The post-lecture discussion
left me thinking, and I would like to share my thoughts. I hope this is
more edifying than my former lecture. Beware, there is use of metaphors.

Knowledge exists in every individual. We all have some Knowledge,
greater or lesser, which we daily employ. It was asked of me, why is
Knowledge naturally aligned with Good and the forces of Light? Knowledge
without the Mind is like the Blade without the Hand. Knowledge, like the
Blade, must be wielded. Occultists, Apostates, Druids, Priests, etc all
wield some form of Knowledge, enabling our practical manipulations. Yet
Knowledge, like the Blade, requires skill to wield. Knowledge, like the
Blade, also carries inherent responsibilities and properties to which
the Wielder is bound. The master Wielder knows these responsibilities
and abides accordingly. The foolish Wielder does not know the
responsibilities. Truth begets Knowledge, therefore Knowledge carries
the responsibilities of Truth. The master Wielder of Knowledge explores
the Truth, probing it with the Mind.

There are many Truths and half-Truths in this world, and finding any
Real meaning can become difficult. Some find meaning in Oblivion,
wherein there is no meaning. Oblivion is emptiness, a non-Reality. It is
Ayar-now-Sarapis, the First, that manifested non-Reality into Reality.
This is the Highest Truth. That singular moment, I am sure of more than
any other. The evidence being our very existence. Every moment now is
testament to that First moment. With that moment was born Order, the
Order by which all of Sapience has come to be through Time. Order, and
Time, are infinite, much like the power of Ayar-now-Sarapis. Darkness
and the Primal Void, are also infinite. Yes, there is great power in the
un-Reality. That was first demonstrated by the Unnamable Horror raping
the aldar Maya. Yet no power from the un-Reality has been greater than
the First. Any power that attempts to manifest itself in Reality is
permanently bound by the Order of the First. Alas, the power of Chaos
that erupted into this world first the Unnamable Horror and later with
Entropy and Discord, permanently changed this world. Not even
Ayar-now-Sarapis can return energy bound by Reality, to un-Reality. The
properties of this new Chaotic energy were expressed in strange ways,
and have come to be wielded by the Occultists. Chaos warps the fabric of
Reality, the Order of Sapience. It is damaging to the Order, and
threatens only to bring more Chaos. If allowed to continue unhindered it
forever change the Order to a point where Life is no longer sustainable.
Reality would not cease to exist, and there shall be no Primal Return.
Instead, Death shall roam the lands, devouring souls in a ceaseless
hell.

It is the responsible and Wise use of Knowledge that protects and heals
the Order of Sapience. It is the active Purification of Sapience that
will prevent such a hell from manifesting. We must Choose to accept the
responsibilities of Knowledge and Truth, of Order. We must Act with
Goodness in pursuit of Enlightenment. This is the Highest Meaning one
can find. The melding of Good, Knowledge, and Action. It is an eternal
path, infinite as the Logos. We must Choose this path if ever we seek to
restore the Purity of Creation. Such is the path to Ceylon, the Perfect
Time.

I hope this has provided those of you patient enough to read this with a
greater insight as to why the paths of Good and Light are chosen. If
anyone would like to discuss this further with me, I will gladly engage
anyone in debate, that is willing and able to maturely discuss such
topics.
