A purging of weakness

Greetings,

The city-state of Mhaldor does not seem to have the honour it once had.
I remember a time when honour meant something to the those residing in
your walls. Sure, we never saw eye to eye on a great number of things,
but your honour has been forsaken. Now I see a mass of Mhaldorians as a
great bully picking on those unable to defend themselves. You all claim
the virtue of strength, but it takes no strength to snuff out the lives
of the defenseless. Your numbers swell to a good number like twenty and
it is then that you decide to pick on the weak. Where is the honour in
that? Where is the strength? This is not a purging of weakness, but it
is the mantle of weakness that your horde is taking on. Strategy? Simply
put you overwhelm them with numbers and slaughter all that you say
novice and veteran alike. This is not the honourable Mhaldor I remember,
this is rather a band of thugs and murderers. True, Achaea has never
been a place where the fair fight was sought out, but at least limit
your rampages to the soldiers of the city. Your warriors are not truly
tested with odds such as those. It is weakness to hide behind so many
blades against such a small number. I call upon you to purge our
weakness and your own; rather than send your massive group within the
walls stand outside and call out the warriors amongst us. Choose a
warrior amongst your number and let the two battle it out alone, only
then will we see the true skill of Mhaldor's warriors. Perish we might,
but you are assisting in the purging of weakness within us. That is one
of your goals isn't it? Do this and your foes will become worthy
opponents for you. The choice is yours either wallow in your glorified
state of weakness or prove the true strength of Mhaldor.
