Old friendships

To Her Highness Queen Titania and His Majesty King Tu'eras,

On behalf of the sovereign nation of Eleusis, and by the authority of
Speaker Ravien Vas'amaen-Windsong, I extend my greetings.

For as long as Eleusis has borne the mantle of a city-state, there has
existed an informal guard arrangement between Eleusis, the Garden of the
Dryads, and the High Kingdom of the Aalen Forest. The relationship
between our three nations stretches back even further still, from the
Dryad Garden's guardianship of Eleusis and into the misty annals of
lore.

We of the Leath-ri Council would like to return the favour by codifying
this arrangement in the form of a mutual alliance.

Eleusis will offer its soldiers and its warriors, to defend confederated
states as such warriors see fit. The details can be hammered out
elsewhere if necessary. I encourage you or your notaries to contact
either Speaker Vas'amaen-Windsong, myself, or another available Leath-ri
with further inquiries that may arise out of this proposal.

Let us make strides toward the better protection of Nature through the
unity of its peoples. Glory be to Nature, on high and on low.

Signed,
Capt. Delphinus Windancer,
Leath-ri of Eleusis

Penned by my hand on the 10th of Daedalan, in the year 509 AF.
