Greetings Everyone! The time has finally come! THe Maiden's Song is
finally going up for auction! The property is located at sw, w, s of
crossroads in Hashan. An excellent location!

We will be selling the shop in a closed bid format, which is basically
this:

1. You look at the property and decide upon its value/how much you are
prepared to pay.

2. You send me a message with your bid. You must be able to pay in full
at the end of the auction. Bids can be made in gold OR in credits, for
the purposes of this auction credits will be valued at 5.3k per.

3. Do not bug me with who has the highest big and what not, it will be
announced. If you have bid, I will be messaging you with the highest bid
regularly.

4. The auction will be 6 months long.

Some legal stuff regarding the bidding, the Chancellor has the right to
reject any bid for any reason at any time. Bids for 1 gold, multiple
bids, bids in any currency other than gold sovereigns or credits, will
be rejected outright. You should be aware that shops are expensive, and
they usually go for millions. There is a reserve on the property.

Some legal stuff regarding the shop, the property will be subject to the
Retail Property Code, which is available both in the library and in
CHELP RPC. You should familiarize yourself with the code and only place
a bid if you are willing to abide to it.
